Welcome to C-SewStitched. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All products are custom-made and produced based on the information, photos, artwork, names, dates, and instructions provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate before placing an order.

Payments

Full payment may be required before production begins. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.

Production & Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is approximately 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated. Production times may vary based on order volume, design complexity, holidays, and material availability.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Proof Approval

If a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production begins. Once approval is given, changes may not be possible.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, all sales are final. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for complete details.

Customer-Supplied Garments

While we take great care when working with customer-supplied garments,

C-SewStitched is not responsible for manufacturer defects, hidden flaws, or damage that may occur during the embroidery process.

Intellectual Property

Customers must have permission to use any logos, artwork, photos, or designs submitted for embroidery. C-SewStitched reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
