Processing Time

All items are custom-made and embroidered to order. Production time is typically 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated. Large orders, portrait embroidery, memorial items, and specialty projects may require additional production time.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Shipping Delays

C-SewStitched is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup.

Custom Orders

Production begins after payment is received and any required order details have been submitted. Shipping time is separate from production time.
