At C-SewStitched, each item is custom-made specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom embroidered items, portrait embroidery, memorial apparel, patches, hats, and personalized garments are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Proof Approval

If a proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, names, colors, and design details before approval. Once approval is given, production will begin and changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or if we made an error on your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the issue may be required.

If the error was made by C-SewStitched, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Customer-Supplied Information

C-SewStitched is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, uploaded images, or inaccurate order details.
